Prayer and Fasting 2012

Faith Goals are a goal set in hope and based on things unseen. It is setting a goal that is measurable and based on spiritual power. That is, the power to create and imagine what is not yet seen or made manifest. (c) ThinkBlade
In our Church, we are encourage to write our faith goals in the end of the year. Faith goals are written prayer of the things we believe God will give us for the whole year. Faith Goals can be short or long term.
Short Term Faith Goals are what we believe God will give us within the year,
Long Term Faith Goals are what we are believe God will give us that will take time.
It may sound greedy, but it is not. That’s why is is called “faith goals” In the bible it defines what faith is “Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see”. (Hebrews 11:1).
Writing a faithgoals doesn’t mean we ask for all material things we want to receive from God. My faith goals also includes financial, emotional, physical, spiritual aspects.
I am excited for the annual Prayer and Fasting of our church, but to be honest I haven't written my faith goals for this year yet. Last night, I got my diary and check my faith goals for last year. Grateful me! GOD is really faithful, most of my faith goals that I have been praying are now an answered prayer. Some of my faith goals that are not answered yet will be included in this year's faith goal. To summarize my faith goals for this year, I will include:
  • Family Relationship Restoration
  • Work Promotion/Salary increase
  • God's will for leaving the country
  • Noel's family unity and prosperity
  • Physical Fitness
  • Mentally less stress
  • Excellence in Ministry
  • Relationship
I am faithful that God will not just  give  me this but He will also provide the things I need. Morethan anything, I'll do fasting not because I am too desperate with my faith goals, in my one week of fasting, it would be a good opportunity to encounter God with weakening my physical body and strengthening my spiritual body. I also believe for God's revelation for this week of fasting.

Matthew 5:18

New International Version (NIV)
18 For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished.

Verse to hold on this year
