I know about my sins,and I cannot forget my terrible guilt. You are really the one I have sinned against; I have disobeyed you and have done wrong.So it is right and fair for you to correct and punish me.

Moses looked around to see if anyone was watching, then he killed the Egyptian and hid his body in the sand. Exodus 2:12
Uh oh. Sounds familiar? Did you see yourself as Moses? Committed a mistake and hide it? Oh No. You dont just hide it, you bury it and make it sure no one will know it. No one.
When Moses went out the next day, he saw two Hebrews fighting. So he went to the man who had started the fight and asked, “Why are you beating up one of your own people? The man answered, “Who put you in charge of us and made you our judge? Are you planning to kill me, just as you killed that Egyptian? v. 13-14
Just as you thought that no one witnessed what you did, well there will be people who will remind you of it. And your reactions when you realized that people knew what you did, is to run away. You run! You're running. You're trying to escape with all your might. But sadly, It wont help.
“Come now, let us settle the matter,” says the Lord
“Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool. If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the good things of the land; Isaiah 1:18-19
Good thing is that, we have a forgiving God. If you think what you did bring stain in you, it can be washed away. If you think God cant forgive you, He will. You do not need to run! If other people will remember your sin, God will never do that!
Never run from your sins.
