Is April 30 a holiday?

For those who keep on asking if the Holiday, Labor Day, is move to April 30. The answer is NO.

 Because according to  Proclamation No. 295, April 30, 2012 is a normal working day while May 1, 2012, is a regular public holiday nationwide.
